What makes it different

It is not an
engagement survey

It is anonymous among peers, not to the company. No one sees anyone else’s answers until the end, and the person receiving them sees them signed. No aggregation, no dashboard, no score.

It is delivered as a ritual, not as a file. A threshold you cross, envelopes that open one at a time, moments to do something with whatever comes up. It takes as long as the person wants to give it.
